Soulfultrip responded to my review threatening legal action within 24 hours of my posting, but did not respond when it came to our booking request for 60 days. Atleast the management has woken up to bad publicity, as for legal threat we have all chats and emails supporting my review. My emails and whatsapp messages requesting them to update continuously as we need to plan for outstation trip fell on deaf ears. All assurances only on whatsapp messages remain unfulfilled. Finally, our messages and calls went unanswered as the deadline arrived. They need to watch out once a legal notice is served both at the consumer court as well as filing an FIR for collecting money and duping public.

So, if you have bought a new car and you get an invite to a dingy Cafe Day promising a free vacation and membership, you need to lookout before proceeding to waste your money.
  • Promising attractive holiday packages, free stays, and other benefits that were never delivered.
  • Luring customers with gifts or fake packages to secure payments.
  • Becoming unresponsive to refund requests after payments were made.
  • Office locations being found closed.
There is no professionalism or support which they mention as we have visited their office multiple times, met Zabi branch manager to intervene and endless calls to Radha to update.

We are not the only one to post negative reviews, of late it has been growing in numbers and the reasons are valid. One complaint is pending in consumer forum, others are coming in huge numbers.

We have had exactly the same experience with SOULFULTRIP.

The membership is in the name of my wife and we had a very bad experience with our very first trip to Chikkamagalur. And in spite of a written assurance that the refund will happen in 45 working days, it has not happened and Manjunath who was at least picking calls to assure us of refund has stopped picking calls too.

We are now considering filing a cheating case because the confirmation for refund is provided in writing. Could you get the refund back and what legal procedure is to be followed? Is an FIR sufficient ?

We had also requested for an outstation trip which Manjunath kept on assuring till the last moment that it will be done and to contact Radha at office. Radha was not at all aware of this and she redirected us back stating Manjunath is the only person who can provide bookings. I even visited and spoke to the Branch Manager, Zabi who assured he would look into and resolve my issues. Later on, he also stopped responding to my messages and calls.

Yes, you have a strong case as Soulfultrip has committed a breach in terms of service commitment by engaging you to travel to an outstation location with a false assurance and the hardships you have faced due to their negligence. Further, they have accepted and assured you to refund your money by a written communication. Legal procedure is to file an FIR for cheating and fraud at the jurisdictional police station where you subscribed for the membership. Also, in addition you can file at e-jagriti portal where a case by another member is pending for hearing next month. One review by Remo states he got his refund after much difficulty.

We have been threatened with legal action just like you for false allegations and trying to bring disrepute to Soulfultrip, we are waiting for the legal notice to understand what is our fault in this whole saga before we go proceed legally. We have documented all communication with Soulfultrip through whatsapp and emails to justify our review and feedback, will keep posted on our further action
