I ordered a phone case from BeAtrangi.com for INR 1,490.
After the order, I did not get any communication regarding the order details and tracking number, be it email or SMS.
It has been more than 2 weeks, absolutely no clue about what happened to the order. I called the customer care number posted online, but the phone number is out of reach. I sent multiple emails, also got no response except once, where the seller claimed he was sick and said he will ship the order today “if possible or initiate refund within 24 hours”. It has been more than a week since that email and I received no refund, no item, and no further communication from the seller.
