Dear SIr/Ma'am
On 26th September I purchased an LG 655 L frost free smart inverter double door side by side fridge with the old exchange item for Rs 60790. for my sister in law at her Ludhiana address. With in 2 days the fridge got issued regarding the ice making process as the fridge was not able to make ice.
My sister in law called LG and their person visited and told them that we have received a defective product with Issue with the compressor.
As Amazon is giving a 10 days replacement warranty I have requested for replacement. From this time they have started their drama.
They have raised a return request instead of replacement and told me that product will be picked up and then they have mentioned fake info that they have contacted us but we have denied the request.
Would request you to check call records and check where we have requested for cancellation of return pickup.
They did this drama from last 20 days and today told that we did investigation and one we are not having any fault and you have cancelled request which is without any proof.
This is injustice. Let me know what other documents required.
