I am book a parcel from DTDC service at 9th of October 2025 from asansol branch , to Pune , my percel arrived pune at 12th October they attempt to deliver upto 15th October but my percel not deliverd , so I want to return my percel and I am raise request many time but till now there are no solution my tracking number - K74644673

1st complain ticket number- 21815567
2nd ticket number -21748185

After that I am call customer care and again tell them to return my percel , they told me upto 48ht your quarry resolved and your percel proceed for return. But after 96hr there are no solution than again I am call customer care they tell it will take time bt we don't know it will take how much time.

This is very very bad service I am faced from dtdc
