I had a purchased MARQ by Flipkart 10.2 kg with tangle free wash Fully Automatic Washing Machine on 03/06/2022 with extended warranty for 3 years. I have lodged a complaint of machine malfunction since 28/10/2024 (copy attached) since then till date I have not received any service engineer. Everyday Flipkart's business partner Jeeves has assured me that sir, your engineer will be there tomorrow. Will reach home but yesterday I came to know that there is no service center in my pin code area. My post code is New Delhi 110025, they have updated it to 110065 which is the post code of nearby New Friends Colony. I have bought this washing machine for Rs 18990/- and it has extra tin of one year warranty for Rs 1199/- so please give me suggestion or return my money from Flipkart or it is harassing me since last 10 days. If his monthly salary goes away then even the clothes in my house have been washed without washing.
