I had one of the worst experiences ever with Hotel Raviteja, Gooty (Andhra Pradesh) and MakeMyTrip. We had booked 3 rooms for 10 adults through the MakeMyTrip app. However, when we reached the hotel, we were shocked to find that they had no record of our booking, and apparently do not even accept online bookings at all!
How is it possible that a hotel listed on a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip has no proper contact information, incorrect location details, and no coordination with the app? This is highly unprofessional and feels like a complete scam.
As a result, we were not able to stay there, and we lost our entire amount that we paid during booking. The hotel staff was unhelpful, and the service was absolutely third-class. It is beyond frustrating and unacceptable that our time, money, and energy were wasted like this.
