Professional Fees

It is hereby clarified and expressly declared that the professional fees charged by us are bifurcated into two distinct and independent components, namely (i) Case Drafting Fee and (ii) Processing Fee, each having a separate scope, purpose, and consideration.

The Case Drafting Fee is charged exclusively towards the preparation, drafting, vetting, and finalization of pleadings, applications, complaints, affidavits, annexures, and other legal documents as may be required for the institution and prosecution of the case before the appropriate Consumer Forum or other competent authority. This fee is limited strictly to the professional services rendered in relation to drafting and documentation and does not include any subsequent procedural assistance, representation, or advisory support beyond the scope of drafting.

The Processing Fee, on the other hand, is a separate and independent fee charged for providing comprehensive case-related guidance and procedural support throughout the entire lifecycle of the matter, from the pre-filing stage until the final disposal of the case. The processing fee covers, inter alia, continuous legal guidance, procedural assistance, strategic inputs, follow-up support, clarification of legal queries, assistance with compliance of procedural requirements, coordination related to filing stages, and general case management support as and when required by the client.

It is expressly understood and agreed that the Processing Fee is not a substitute for the Case Drafting Fee, nor is it adjustable or inclusive thereof. Both fees are charged for distinct professional services rendered at different stages and for different purposes. Payment of the Processing Fee does not entitle the client to any refund, rebate, or adjustment under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of the case, settlement between parties, dismissal of the matter, non-pursuance by the client, or any change in circumstances beyond our control.

The Processing Fee is strictly non-refundable, as the same is charged in consideration of the availability, allocation of professional resources, continuous guidance, and support extended or reserved for the client throughout the pendency of the case. Once paid, the processing fee shall stand fully earned, irrespective of the outcome of the proceedings.

It is further clarified that the processing fee does not include statutory fees, court fees, government charges, advocate appearance fees (if any), miscellaneous expenses, or any third-party costs, unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Our role under the processing fee is limited to professional guidance and support and does not amount to any guarantee or assurance of a favorable outcome.

By availing our services and making payment of the aforesaid fees, the client unequivocally acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the distinction, scope, and non-refundable nature of the Processing Fee, and agrees to be bound by the same without any protest, objection, or claim in the future.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
