I haven't received any refund from goibibo so far. I am attaching emails sent to the company.

I have booked my brother flight from delhi to venice via Goibibo and it was gulf airline. Unfortunately it cancelled by airlines but Goibibo didn't update anything earlier. After contacting them multiple times i got my flight cancelled on their website and requested for refund. Its been a month...
