Same incident happened with me as well. I have Ordered 2 wallet at Rs 550, neither the product delivered nor ocean lion traders (Trade Name :- Minemark) partnered with Shiprocket platform are responding to my follow up emails. I have already lodged Case against them in Cyber Crime.
