UPDATE: Finally after multiple follow-ups, i have got the refund amount after 10 days.

Update: It has been more than 72 hours since they promised me a resolution that refund will be initiated. Their customer service support is so poor every time i called today they straight away said please wait for 24-48 hours. They have no update on refund, no senior staff available to talk to...

Got a call from flipkart support 4-5 times, they have manually forwarded refund request to seller with my bank details. Expecting initiate of refund by 8th oct and reflection of amount in account by 5 working days post 8th as per their communication. I will have ti wait till 8th for confirmation.
