I want refund of Rs.50000 from the Caribbean holidays Pvt Ltd. They have cheated by hiding the facts and looting the people on the basis of false claims.

Did anything happened in the case? I also have the similar case. They have taken 50000 rs without informing about AMC charges payable from the first day.
