No proper help or support is provided to the customer according to their policy the order should get delivered within a week but it's been more than a week and I'm clueless.

I've ordered my dress on 18th December and I'm still clueless about it everytime I check my product status it always shows processing and whenever I file any issue they always come up with their lame sorry thing.
