Dear sir/ madam

I order 2 items from Flipkart on 14 Dec 2025
But recieved only 1 item.
But I got confirmation SMS that 2nd item got delivered, the same time I called the delivery agent 27 times, but he didn't picked up.
Then I registered complaint through Flipkart customer care 4 times, but they also told as per delivery agent , the item already delivered, i don't know how they confirming without delivering the item
