I ordered from underclothing store online it was a pack of 4 linen shirts costing 1199 Rs but when I received the product it contained two old and rugged paid of jeans and now they are unavailable to call and the website is also not updating the amount I paid for the product so I am unable to call for refund.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

I ordered 2 pc trousers but instead i got 1 truoser and that is also used and damaged and not received the correct product and now when i want to return there is no option for calling or mailing😑
 
I order 2 mens joger 799/- rupees but I received only 1 daimage and used jeans and website don't refund and conect number show please help me for refund money it's totally froud

I recently placed an order for a jacket on this website Underclothing , but I received a torn and used pair of jeans instead. I have my transaction ID and order details ready for reference.
