Refund complaint against Royal grand vacation pvt ltd fraud

Royal grand vacation pvt ltd is a fraud company they manipulate for membership and promise for 4* &5* hotel but they didn't provide any service. When we try to book hotel they always say property not available this time . I take the membership in 2023 and pay 1,50000 for 10 years membership. My membership id is TIR-5074

Hi , Did You receive any update on the complaint. I also facing the same issue.
The use to tell every time even at the non peak hrs the property is not available. They promised for 4 to 5 star properties but only show us 3 or below. And also break fast is not mandatory as per the policy but use to ask money separately for the same. Highly disgusting company and wast my 1.5L .

Royal Grand Holidays and resorts is the worst vacation plan among all holiday planners. Please stay away from it. The worst part is that there is no transparency & you will not get stays when you really need, even if you are booking 2-3 months in advance.
