Hi,

I am facing an issue with blinkit app, i had ordered apple AirPods pro yesterday in the morning, while it was an otp based and open box delivery, so at the time of delivery i refused to accept the item and asked the delivery boy to cancel the order because i suspected something about the item, but then this guy called me his name was Abhishek and he said he is the Relationship mananger ) He asked me to submit the photos in the app so i did that, and asked me to wait and later he did some bugged in the app and marked the item delivered even when i was not at home because i waited for the resolution for an hour and had to leave for office work. I spoke to the delivery boy and he said that Abhishek asked him to hand over the item in the warehouse.

Then he called me and said the item will show as delivered and you will receive the refund if applicable. I dont understand if applicable meaning, i am scared now if my money has lost along with the item, because its costly item of rupees 24912. I am furious and scared now shall i call the police, please respond asap and suggest.

I did not share the otp, however for now the issue has resolved and i got the refund, but they had to resolve it through police danda( Stick)
The deliver agent took the item back, after 10 minutes the item was showing delivered, they called me and said it will show delivered but we are working in the issue.
Then i waited for 24 hours, and later i got a call from blinkit saying we have checked and found no issues in the product so you will have to keep the product.
Then I went to their delivery warehouse and sit with the manager and explained everything he spoke to couple of people and later said i cant do anything now you can do whatever you want, then i did whatever i wanted, i called 112.
Local police came and the UP police literally was amazing in order to resolve the matter, they understood the issue calmly and then asked the floor manager to shut the store down or refund the money, literally with in 5 minutes i got a call from higher authorities and in next 5 minutes i had the refund credited in to my bank account.So what did we learn from it, 👉 न ह्यदण्डप्रदानेन शक्या शान्तिर्विधीतम्।
