I have booked air ticket from Dubai to Trivandrum via make my trip on 23-Mar-2026. My payment for booking air india express DXB-TRV with PNR O4KWWS (31st Mar 2026) was 18484/-. Unfortunately the ticket got cancelled by the airline itself due to ongoing war issues and air india xpress has processed the full amount as refund to make my trip, but make my trip is now processing my refund as ₹ 15,534. I am very much disappointed such that the cancellation wasn’t from my side. Air line itself cancelled my ticket. Also there is no response from make my trip offices, customer care number or email.
I humbly request consumer court to take strict action against make my trip and revert back the full amount as refund.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..

You can also send Legal Notice via registered post at Make my Trip Head Office.
