I had booked package with makemytrip on 24 January 2026 and i tried to cancel it on 7th February but the cancellation tab was non functional so i sent mail to Andheri branch immediately which they said will be cancelled but when i checked mytrips on 21 February against full i saw the package was active so i cancelled it and received only half the refund of Rs.10000 now am writing mails and contacting them they are not replying to my mails.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
