My travel agent booked a ticket for me to Georgia in March, which got cancelled due to the war in the middle East.

The carrier was Air Arabia.
The booking was made through GoIbibo

Since cancellation, Air Arabia customer care confirmed that the full amount has been refunded as of April 2.

GoIbibo hasn't refunded the money and claims only credit is possible although I am entitled to a full refund as per DGCA guidelines and Air Arabia policy

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Goibibo customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
