I am filing a complaint against Goibibo for not processing my refund for a cancelled flight (PNR: E66F3J, Emirates flight EK510, Dubai to New Delhi, dated March 4, 2026).

The flight was cancelled by the airline, and I requested a refund on the same day (March 4, 2026). However, even after more than one month, I have not received my refund.

I have confirmed with Emirates Airlines that the refund was already processed to Goibibo on March 18, 2026. Despite this, Goibibo has failed to transfer the refund to me and is not providing any proper response through calls, emails, or social media.

Another passenger on the same flight, who booked via MakeMyTrip, has already received the refund, which clearly shows that the delay is from Goibibo’s end.

This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I request immediate refund of my full amount along with appropriate action against Goibibo for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Goibibo customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
