Dear sir/madam,

I am filing this complaint against Zara India due to an extremely poor and frustrating return experience.

I placed an order for multiple items on 1st March and received it around 3rd March. Within the stipulated return period, I initiated a return request for most of the products, keeping only one item worth ₹1,150. The remaining amount of approximately ₹23,850 is still pending for return and refund.

I have placed return requests 4 times through their app, as this is the only available method provided by them. Zara India does not offer any customer support email, leaving calls as the only option for escalation. I have called their customer support repeatedly and, each time, I was asked to wait 48–72 hours for the pickup to be arranged.

Despite patiently waiting after every call and consistently following up from my side, no pickup has ever been completed. On several occasions, I was assured that the pickup had been scheduled, but no delivery agent arrived.

For the past two months, I have been regularly chasing this issue—placing requests, making calls, and waiting as instructed—but there has been absolutely no resolution or proactive response from their side.

It has now been nearly two months, and I am still left holding the return items while a significant amount of my money remains stuck.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in customer support, logistics, and accountability.
