I would like to formally raise a complaint against Flow Interio regarding unsatisfactory service and lack of professionalism.
Despite clear commitments made at the time of engagement, there have been consistent delays, poor communication, and failure to meet agreed deliverables. Multiple follow-ups have not resulted in timely resolution, reflecting a lack of accountability and customer focus.
Additionally, the quality of work/services provided has not met expected standards, leading to inconvenience and dissatisfaction. The overall experience has been below acceptable levels, especially considering the commitments and expectations set initially.
