I have ordered a Buddy Step of price ₹1999.00(One
thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only) on 31st May,2025. Order ID is
: ACC-969030410310525-DGT418. It was dispatched on 14th
August,2025 and now on 'Dispatched' status. I don't know where it is. It is not DELIVERED yet to
me. Previously I have contacted through OLA service contact no. 08033113311 and email
(support@olaelectric.com) and created a case no 09550549 but not
resolved till now. So I humbly request you to take a fruitful action as I get
my Buddy Step as early as possible.
