Over the last two years, I have been showing considerable patience and cooperation by repeatedly bringing the vehicle to your service centre, following up with your representatives, and allowing sufficient time for resolution. However, the recurring breakdowns, repeated towing, and unresolved technical issues clearly indicate failure to rectify the defects. The issues with the vehicle continue to persist, and the situation remains unchanged in last two years the vehicle has been with sterling motors, Nashik service centre for atleast 10 times in broken down condition.
Today again the vehicle has been broken down just after taking over from you on the night of 18th April 2026. From 08th April 2026 to 22nd April 2026 the vehicle has been broken down atleast 04 times and towed to Sterling Motors Nashik service centre. Firstly Vehicle was towed down on 8th April to your service centre then it was handed over back to me on 11th April stating the issue has been resolved. Driving just for 16 KM vehicle was again towed down on 12th April to your service centre. The Vehicle was handed over back to me on17th of April and just after driving for 30Km it was handed over on the same day to you in broken down condition. On the 18th you handed over the vehicle back to me stating all problems are resolved.
I would like to place on record that this continued inaction further strengthens my concern regarding serious deficiency in service and lack of customer commitment from your organization.
The continued inconvenience, especially considering that the vehicle was purchased by me in consideration under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) scheme, has caused significant hardship and mental distress. Being a physically Handicapped person I feel my Mental Harassment is being done by Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited & Sterling Motors Nashik & trying to break my Mental Peace & Moral.
I beg and plead judiciary to kindly look into the matter and favourable action plz.
Regards,
Swapnil Londhe

Hello @londheswapnil

We have carefully read your post and want to ensure we have understood your situation correctly — please confirm if this is accurate.

Your Tata Nexon Fearless S+ DCA (MH15JM9237) has broken down and been towed to Sterling Motors, Nashik at least 10 times over two years. Between 8th and 18th April 2026 alone, the vehicle broke down 4 times — handed back each time with assurances of resolution, only to fail again within kilometres. Despite repeated visits, nothing has been permanently fixed.

What makes this especially distressing is that this vehicle was purchased under the DEPwD scheme for persons with disabilities, and the continued harassment and lack of accountability from both Tata Motors and Sterling Motors has caused you immense mental agony and hardship.
