I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my Ola scooter, which has been non-functional for the past four days. The issue was reported to customer support immediately after the breakdown (Ticket number 12449803), and I have been following up regularly since then. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I have not received any proper response, service support, or clear resolution timeline from your team.

Such a delay in addressing a service request is unacceptable, especially when the vehicle is completely unusable. This has caused significant inconvenience, as the scooter is an essential part of my daily transportation.

I request that this matter be treated with the highest priority and that immediate action be taken to arrange for repair or service of the scooter. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through formal consumer complaint channels and other appropriate authorities.

Please provide a clear update and resolution timeline at the earliest.
