I along with many affected consumers, submit this petition regarding the serious shortcomings in Ola Electric’s scooter service and purchasing practices, which have caused widespread inconvenience, financial loss, and safety risks to customers.

they have stolen my 22771 after full payment done, they are deducting 22771 rs on order cancellation beware of these fraud activities. i have filed complaint to the tax department for company tax payment fraud with such activities and many pg portal complaint along with FIR on ola electric for financial fraud and cyber cell division as well as a court case for harrassing to get my full refund for the unclear unfair refund policy for undelivered unrto vehicle.

Major Concerns of 99% ola customers-

1. Lack of Service Centers and absence of skilled technicians– Very few centers legal@olaelectric.com

3. High Cost of Spare Parts – Whatever parts are available are sold at unreasonably high rates.

4. Poor Quality of Spares & Build – Substandard components leading to repeated breakdowns and safety concerns.

5. False Promises & Misleading Marketing – Ola Electric promoted AI-powered predictive service, hyper service centers, roadside assistance, and Care Plus. In reality, these services are either non-existent or extremely poor, amounting to consumer cheating.

6. Financial Loss to Customers – Loss of daily income due to breakdowns, extra travel costs, expensive spares, and long waiting times.customers had taken this chinees toy by believing the words and promises in their false and mis leading advertisement by taking bank loans on EMI.which causes many many financial losses and mental stress and strain.

7. Mental Stress & Safety Issues – Repeated failures erode consumer trust and put road safety at risk.

8.All these shows there is no evaluating mechanism in central and state to control this type scam which leads to reputation of the government

We respectfully urge the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and the Kerala State Transport Department to:

Investigate Ola Electric’s service standards and misleading assurances.

Direct the company to expand service centers with respect to sold vehicles and ensure steady supply of spare parts.

Regulate and reduce the unjustified high cost of spare parts.

Hold Ola Electric accountable for false claims and poor consumer service.

Protect customers from unfair trade practices under applicable transport and consumer laws.

This is not an isolated problem but a nationwide issue affecting lakhs of Ola Electric customers. We therefore seek urgent intervention to safeguard the interests and safety of the public.
