Loveofindia - online order placed but no response

Bringing this up here to express my extreme disappointment regarding order #45269286, placed on April 27th. Despite being a first-time customer, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

The order was never delivered, and I received no communication or status updates from your team or the courier service. Even after the package was apparently returned to love of India hub on 8th may as per the Amazon shipping portal, no one attempted to contact me to resolve the issue.

I emailed them about this on the 12th May, no response so far. Also tried reaching out to their customer care number (9572201139) a couple of times between 10 to 10:30am on the 15th May, no one answered. I was just waiting for more than 10 minutes.

I’m also attaching the invoice for INR 6,622/- which I paid for this order.

My order numbers are 45270192 and 45270189 for Himalayan Shilajit.
I have received promo code after making payment from Gpay and I placeed order on 27th April and I got an email confirmation for my order and after 15 days i followed up to check the status of my order and I was told it was delayed and again when I followed i was told that item was returned. They use the fake Amazon delivery details and also they send confirmation with fake Amazon number.
I am not sure how can they give pure and authentic products which claim when there services are so poor.
