i order from the official website named ditch the guilt

my name is praneeta , i ordered the chocolates from ditch the guilt website and i even received the confirmation email, but its been 3 days since i ordered the chocolates , the website gave the guarantee that they provide the delivery in 24hrs but its been more then 24hrs still i didnt received my order.
i request to refund the amount with an interest or else i will visit the consumer court and file the strong case against the company.

Same happened with me too, there's no update or contact of them

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
