Scammed by a company named football monk

ordered a football jersey on 8th June 2026 from website football monk for rs 719 , I ordered size L, the order was delivered on 12th June, but the size of jersey was XL which was wrong size, I got a judgement I should replace it with size M and not L, I contacted them, they asked me to pay rs120 return charges to schedule exchange, I paid the charges and didn't got any reply from theirnside about the exchange situation

Bro I had bought 2 items and I received only one i have sent them mail and they have created a ticket. Let's see if they refund or send the actual jersey

Very disappointing experience with FootballMonk. I paid for two jerseys but received only one, and even that was the wrong one—I ordered half-sleeves but received full-sleeves. Despite many follow-ups, I never received the second jersey or a proper solution. Very poor service. I would not recommend this website.

You should send a mail, they do reply on mail but takes some days, i suggest u send reminders. I got the 2nd one by sending mail frequently.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
