Sir, Maine flipkart se moto edge 70 mobile 15 aug 2026 ko purchase Kiya tha. Jismein manufacturing defect tha speaker problem. Jiski complaint Maine 21 aug ko flipkart mein ki jo ki automatic close ho gayi. Maine 22 aug ko dobara complaint ki aur mobile 22 aug ko Motorola service centre per deposit kar diya. Motorola service center ne bataya ki speaker problem hai.
Maine mobile replace ke liye bola lakin unhone bolo ki phone ki 7 day replace policy hoti hai lakin aake phone ke 7 days 21 aug ko complete ho gaye hai. Aur 22 aug ko 8th days hai. Maine flipkart per complaint ki aur bataya to unhone bola ki aapke phone ke 7 days 22 aug ko complete honge. Aapko phone Motorola service center replace karega. Iske liye flipkart ko Maine complaint likhwayi to unhone 31 aug 2026 tak complaint solution ke liye bola lakin aaj 01 sep 2026 ho gayi hai. Aur koi bhi solution nahi Hua hai.

Sir Maine Money aur time dono wast Kiya hai. Aur bahut problem mein hu.
Plz koi solution karne ki kirpa Karen.
