order no.LnoAJQ-3449769: Wrong product dispatched by Haritu Trading pvt ltd

I have been purchased rimless glasses order number LnoAJQ-3449769 from Haritu Trading pvt ltd delivered by https://m.9m.io/SHPFAS/jat79bj - Shipfast . This product is not upto the mark/ wrong product. Product and its case is looking like an old, scratches on the box/case and dusty. Company has no contact number where i can raise the return request. Today i saw lot of complaints against the company. Kindly accept my request and do the needful

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
