This was the order placed with FNP and order was only asked to be delivered at 1700 hrs when all my day was ruined and guest had left.

I never recieved any order neither the delivery person ever knocked or reach my door step

Late evening they refund me 49 inr for payment made instead 813 inr

I would need my complete refund

Kindly assist me with same.
