I had ordered Campus shoes and paid online around Rs 900/- The date of delivery was 12/02/2026 but till date product not received. I had contact customer care and also wrote to them but no satisfactory response. On asking cancel the order and refund they are saying it cannot be cancel you may deny when it will reach.

Dear Campus Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made from one of your authorized Campus retail outlets.

Today, I purchased a pair of Campus shoes for ₹1,225.

However, immediately after making the purchase, I checked the price of the same product on the official Campus website as well as on Amazon. To my disappointment, the same product was available for approximately ₹949, including the applicable shipping charges, on the very same date of my purchase.

I am also attaching screenshots showing the prices listed on the Campus website and Amazon on the date of purchase as supporting evidence.

This means that I have paid approximately ₹276 more for the exact same product simply because I purchased it from a Campus retail outlet. Honestly, I feel quite hurt and disappointed by this experience. I chose to purchase from a Campus outlet because I trusted the brand and expected a fair and transparent pricing experience. Discovering immediately after my purchase that the same product was available for significantly less online has made me feel that I have been treated unfairly as a customer.

I understand that prices may sometimes differ between retail outlets and online platforms. However, a difference of approximately ₹276 is quite substantial, particularly when the online price is clearly visible on the same date of purchase. As a loyal customer, I believe that such a situation deserves proper consideration from the brand.

Therefore, I sincerely request Campus to look into this matter and refund the price difference of approximately ₹276. I believe this would be a fair and reasonable resolution and would help restore my trust and confidence in the Campus brand.
