Dear Sir,
I purchased Liberty International shoes from Flipkart, and within just one day, the sole completely detached. This raises serious concerns about the product's quality and authenticity.
Despite reporting this, your customer support executive Simar refused to process a refund.
Please provide an immediate refund/replacement, investigate whether counterfeit products are being sold, and explain why a refund was denied for a clearly defective product.
