I purchased "NATTNAK WE TRULY CARES Plywood Folding Bed (Single – 36 x 72 inch), Multicolour" (ASIN: B07Q31N2ZY) on Amazon.in on 20.06.2026, Order Number 402-3155498-7748353, sold by AARAM CHARPAI UDYOG and fulfilled by Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.


The order value of ₹3,304.00 was paid in full via UPI on 20/06/2026 at 22:39:16 hrs (Payment Transaction ID: i93r4MZd2tMYZDq1jTt6oxFxwIMP7gXRLkS), confirmed by Amazon's own Tax Invoice (Invoice No. TTJS-2757, dated 21.06.2026) and a payment screenshot I have saved.


Despite full payment and a confirmed order, the product has still not been delivered. I called Amazon Customer Care on 1800 1200 1571 multiple times to report the non-delivery, but no one responds/attends the call. I have received no update from Amazon on the delay, the reason for it, or any revised delivery date.


I am seeking immediate full refund of ₹3,304, along with compensation for the harassment and time lost chasing an unresponsive customer care line.
