நான் flipkart-ல் ஒரு TCL Air conditioner
வாங்கியிருந்தேன்.நான் அந்த AC வாங்கியது முதல் எனக்கு cooling issue இருக்கின்றது.அதனால் அந்த AC யை return செய்வதற்கு நான் flipkart அவர்களிடம் வேண்டுகோள் வைத்தேன்.அதற்கு அவர்கள் Brand side
Complaint பண்ண சொன்னார்கள்,நான் பிராண்ட் side complaint செய்தேன் ஆனால் அவர்கள் வந்து பார்க்கவில்லை,அவர்கள் நேரில் வந்து பார்பதற்கு appoinment book பண்ணுகிறார்கள்,ஆனால் அவர்கள் நேரில் வராமலே நான் வைக்கின்ற கோரிக்கையை நிராகரித்துவிடுகின்றனர்.அவர்கள் நேரில் வந்து சோதனை செய்து அதற்கான சான்றிதழை கொடுத்தால்தான் flipkart அந்த பொருளை return செய்வதற்கு செயல்படுத்துவேன் என்று கூறுகின்றனர்.எனவே TCL AC வாங்கிய பிறகும் Cooling Issue தொடர்கிறது. பலமுறை Service Request கொடுத்தும் சரியான தீர்வு வழங்கப்படவில்லை. Job Sheet வழங்க மறுத்துள்ளனர். Product-ஐ Repair/Replace/Refund செய்யவும், மனஉளைச்சல் மற்றும் செலவுகளுக்கான இழப்பீடும் வழங்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்.
