Issue: Product not delivered for 30 days
I placed Order #852775 on May 18, 2026. It has now been 30 days and the product has still not been delivered. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my calls are continuously kept on hold with no resolution. The complete lack of communication and support has left me extremely dissatisfied. I request an *immediate full refund* to my original payment method. Please process this on priority.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
