Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against Ajio, a leading e-commerce platform, for delivering a wrong order and failing to respond to my repeated emails and complaints.

Details of the Order:
- Order Number: FN3379703022
- Date of Order: 31 May' 26
- Product Ordered: XQsee (3 dresses )
- Product Delivered: XQsee (3 dresses)

After requesting them to change logistics / delivery partner again they have shared details for :-
COURIER - DELHIVERY COURIER
TRACKING ID - Invalid 195042593389174
Exchange ID - EX0037631267

Despite multiple emails and complaints, Ajio has failed to respond exchange saying logistics issue or take any action to resolve this issue. I request the consumer court to take necessary action against Ajio for their negligence and deficiency in service.

I have attached copies of my emails and order details for your reference.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to customercare@ajio.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund the ₹29/-.
