I ordered a camera from hype fly India, it’s been 5 days and they refuse to reply to my attempts at contacting them. The product is advertised as instant ship and I have yet to receive any info regarding the shipping status or any estimated date. They have already taken my money and are not willing to pay it back

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
