I have made an online purchase from Riva.in and we received a different product in a severely damaged state. And It is clearly evident that the product was in damaged state before shipping itself.

I tried to reach customer service, but the contact numbers are not valid. Please help resolve the issue.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
