I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order which was canceled without my consent. I received an email stating that the order was canceled as per my request, which is completely false. I never requested cancellation of this order at any point.

This has caused inconvenience and disappointment, especially since the cancellation reason mentioned in the email is incorrect. I request you to investigate this issue and make Flipkart provide a proper explanation for why my order was canceled without my permission.

I also request that necessary action be taken to avoid such misleading updates to customers in the future.
