I placed an order for a NoiseFit Halo AMOLED Smartwatch (Vintage Brown) from the Blinkit (ahilyanagar) on 16th April 2026. However, upon receiving the delivery, I found that the product was missing and only an empty box was delivered.

Amount Paid: ₹3,037
This is extremely disappointing and concerning. I request an immediate investigation into the issue and ask for either a full refund or a replacement of the product at the earliest.

This is very common issue and can be solved without filing the case before the Consumer Commission.

We recommend that you first call the BlinkIt customer care at "011-40592373" and also send an email to the customer care department of the BlinkIt (grievance.officer@blinkit.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach images showing the expiration date of the product, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.
