Sanfe.in not paying my money back in original payment method if you cancel the order...

I have placed placed two orders and prepaid the amount. And as I have decided to cancel one order. They say that the amount will be credited in sanfe wallet and not the original payment method.
Now I want to cancel both the orders and I want my money back.
 
Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
