Counterfeit product recieved from amazon

I had ordered Ryzen 5 9600x processor and have received a counterfeit product. i have tried calling amazon customer service many times and they are not providing any resolution. I want my refund. Customer care is mentally harrassing me. I have screenshots and call recordings proving this.

some more points i noticed
1. On product serial number doesn't match the serial number of package.
2. Year of manufacture is 2021 while correct should be 2024
3. product has contact pins while real product is a pinless processor.

Hi team,

this was not an open box delivery.
delivery agent just delivered it and left. I tried to call him just as i opened it and it wasn't connecting. Also called customer service at the same time and they are of no help until now. Attaching screenshots of their incompetence regarding this matter.

first they said pickup agent will arrive at 19th may to pick up my product. But no one arrived and I got a message saying 'cancelled by customer'.

this same rescheduling and cancelling was repeated each subsequent day until 23rd may.

mind you I've not cancelled anytime my return pickup and no agent was here. Ive call recordings of Amazon IVR calls to prove this.

on 23rd may, they said they are launching an internal investigation in which their 'specialist team' will investigate this matter and result will come by 27th may.

on 27th may they said 'correct order was delivered and refund can't be processed'.

I am really feeling distressed dealing with them. is there any way i can upload all recordings and screenshots. they are not getting uploaded because of large size.

I'm collecting more evidence regarding this matter.

one more thing, I've went to amazon office in my city and they said these products come from 'FC' and they must keep xray logs of products like this. I also asked this to customer service and they said it won't be shared with me.

Hi team,
just wanted to update.

last night on 28th may it was return rescheduled and today just now the order was picked up. hopefully there won't be any obstacles in refund process.

hoping for better endings because buying this from my first job savings has been my dream and i don't want to crush that.
