Coaching Center Refund issue

I joined the "Dexture academy" for banking and I attended the class for 3 month and we had a WhatsApp group for that we get instructions from that group, and for last 4 months there is no classes and no information about wat happened
I call the admin for the refund they are not responding properly
I paid like 15k for offline - weekend classes

They said refund in Available I also have all kind of proof

January 12, 2025 – I joined Dexture Academy for a weekend offline banking course and paid starting payment of 4000 rup through gpay and join the class at the same day

i atten only weekend classes on sunday and there was no Saturday class but the admin said there is Saturday classes but there is non

March 16,2025 - I made the last payment in 15000 as cash and they said to collect the receipt next Sunday which is one 23 March 2025

They said they will be give book at the last day of payment I have got any book

March 23, 2025 – The classes suddenly stopped. No further updates were provided in the WhatsApp group.

April to June 2025 – I waited for updates or resumption of classes, but there was no response or communication from the academy.

May 10, 2024 – I called the admin requesting information and refund. I was told they would get back to me but nothing happened.

May 25, 2024 – I called again but got no proper response. They avoided answering clearly, at last they switched off their phone and I contacted the head admin they said you have to deal with your region admin but their pH is switched off I ask for the higher official number but they reduce to give them, I keep on make a call and they refuse to pickup the call.

June 3, 2024 – I contacted them again and asked for a refund, but they did not respond.

This is only slip I have
They give me on the day of joining
And rest I have a gpay screenshot
And the last amount was paid as cash and have got the receipt yet
