I have placed an order of my shoes on 28th June and the estimated delivery time was 15-20 days , and its been more than 2 months and still haven't recieved my order.Theres no helpline number and I can only communicate via mail , WhatsApp or isntagram and when I questioned them abt my order all I get is a delayed response saying my order will be delivered and when they won't refund my money.

  • If the company is deliberately defrauding customers (taking money but never delivering), you can file a criminal complaint for fraud with the police or cybercrime authorities.
