I, Minal Bhadane, am filing this complaint against OLA Electric mobility Pvt. Ltd. Regarding the Charging related issue of an OLA S1(8.5 kwh) Neo mint.

I bought this scooter on 25th May 2023, & there were multiple issues occurred during the past 2 years, but then on 4th June 2025 a major issue occurred, the issue was our Ola scooter was not charging & starting. So after that we contacted Ola showroom & found out that Electrical component of battery called BMS is shorted. And then we delivered our scooter to the showroom & they gave us assurance that the scooter will be repaired within 8-10 days at cost of around 900 Rs as the scooter was still in Warranty period.

Since then whenever we contacted the showroom they gave us some excuse & delayed the progress & this happened multiple times. Then after multiple tries we wrote mail to Ola electric about this issue & they replied that they will get back to us in few days. But still they didn't solve our issue.

Then after a few days, on 24th August 2025 as you can see already 3 months passed since the issue occurred, we again wrote a mail to OLA Electric about this issue but we also stated that if the issue isn't solved in a few days we'll take Legal action. But still they didn't solve our issue they only replied us to be Patient.

And then after multiple attempts to get our scooter back we stated pursuing Legal action against OLA Electric.

Sir actually 10th point of document is quite incorrect. We didn't face 2nd challenge in scooter after 14 days of resolving 1st issue but after almost 2 year from 1st issue or purchase of scooter.
 
Sir also Model name of scooter is incorrect in 1st post which is I am suppose to share with Ola grievance office and Ola support team.
Please rectify the same as soon as possible so that I can email it to grievance office and Ola support team as you asked me to.
