ASUS ROG 5s, 20 days time to repair but since 12 days the phone is in the service center only. Now they are saying 30 days.

Sir, I am from Belgaum, Karnataka 590016.
have a ASUS ROG 5s phine in warranty period. There are some major issues with the phone like charging problem, buttons problem, charger problem etc. I have submitted my phone to (TVS infotech) service center in on 14/10/2025, they said that the phone need to send to Pondicherry for repair & it will take 20 days to come back, i said ok. But it is been 12 days bit the phone is still at the same place, during the process my warranty period is also lapsing.

I complained several times to customer care & thwy escalate the issue to seniors & expect a call from senior but the seniors never called.

Now i want to take a legal action against their unprofessional behavior. I want my cell phone back with a compensation along with it.

Sir thank you very much for your response. I have emailed ASUS on 30th October 2025,asking for the update but i haven't received any response yet.
It is very annoying & disappointing.

Sir, i just confirmed the status of my cellphone with online service center (18002090365) on this number, the person who attended me Mr.Gaus Kadri told me that my phone has been sent to Pondicherry & he provided me pondicherry service center phone number (9789424514).
Than i call on the above number & Mr. Raghuraman received & told me that my cellphone is not been reached to Pondicherry yet. He asked me to call the local service center from Belgaum Karnataka to confirm the status, so i called to local service provider (+919886398512), & as i expected after calling 6 times no ome received the call.

It ia being very annoying. Please guide me what to do next.
