Raise a Dispute with Google Pay / Your Bank​

If payment was made via GPay (UPI), act quickly.

How to report:​

  • Go to the GPay app > Transaction history
  • Tap the ₹951 payment to DoraVastra
  • Select “Report a problem”
  • Choose: Did not receive product / Scam or fraud
  • Submit the dispute
Also inform your bank’s customer care about this fraudulent transaction — they may assist you with a chargeback (though success depends on how recent the transaction is).

Hi I did the same infact I have spent 5k but all the product I received are wrong .. customer service not answering the call and the address and number on bill is false ...what you did in your case
 
Maine bhi dora vastra aap se dress order kiye but mujhe dusra Mila hai aur jb Maine apne 1449 payment wapse chahiye tu costumer service call receive nhi Kiya nhi return karna ka option aaya mere pure paise wapas chahiye maine payment Puri thi fir bhi mujhe koi parcel nhi mila nhi return ka option aaya nhi delivered ka mujhe mere paise wapas chahiye

Hi guys I received my refund. I have raised a complaint through bank and RBI and NPCI . Then I got my refund

I recently placed an order, but I received the wrong product. The product I ordered is delivered but the product is fully different which I order and I have already completed the payment for this order.
Kindly either send me the correct item or issue a full refund.

i ordered a product and got a different cheap product and the helpline number is not available and they are not replying to the mail.

First register and then submit complaint..


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
