I, Maraka Damodhar Reddy, residing in Bengaluru, Karnataka, am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Fala Holidays and Packages, a travel agency that has defrauded me through misrepresentation and failure to deliver promised services.
On 24-03-2024, I was intimidated to buy a membership for a travel package through Fala Holidays and Packages. I was promised to get travelling service for 10 days within a year I was forced to give my credit card just to check the limit and they have charged with me a sum of Rs.50000 on 24th March-2024
However, the agency failed to deliver the promised services. I tried to reach out to them multiple times Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone/email, I have received no resolution or refund. I visited the office where I initially paid the amount, but the office itself is closed.
